Frog Bikes USA standard warranty is for 2 years on all frames, forks, parts & paintwork. (This excludes tyres & inner tubes).
FREE WARRANTY PLUS
We offer a FREE extended warranty of 5 years on frames and forks (excluding suspension forks on MTBs) if you complete the Warranty Plus application form.
PLEASE NOTE: The Frog Warranty only applies to the original owner. It does not apply if the bike is subsequently sold on. Accessories sold on www.frogbikesusa.com have separate manufacturer's warranties.
To make a claim against your Warranty:
If you purchased your bike through a Frog Stockist please contact that stockist directly so they can investigate your warranty problem. If you bought the bike directly from Frog Bikes, please contact us on 864-284-0040 or firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us about the problem. We will need your name and address, a contact number, and we'll also need proof of purchase, date of purchase and your unique frame number if you do not have Warranty Plus.
If it is a part that can be repaired or replaced, we will contact a local store and ask them to carry out the repair on our behalf, using one of their certified mechanics. We will pay for the costs if it is within 2 years of purchase. If this still doesn't fix the problem, you can send the bike back to us (see above).
Terms and Conditions of Warranty
THE WARRANTY: extends from the date of purchase; applies only to genuine Frog bicycles sold originally by Frog Bikes USA and if proof of purchase is provided; is offered only to the original owner, and is not transferable to any subsequent owner if bought second-hand. Please note that for leased or hire bicycles the warranty is limited to 12 months, all other conditions apply.
IT EXCLUDES: Any defect in the Goods arising from: fair wear and tear, assembly, maintenance, any modification of the frame, fork, or components from the original specifications or any installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold; wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party; if you fail to operate or use the Goods in accordance with the user manual; any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers; or any specification provided by you.
